REZUMAT

Malformaţiile congenitale de cord cu circulaţie pulmonară ducto-dependentă sunt cardiopatii cu manifestări severe neonatale şi degradare hemodinamică rapid progresivă. Simptomatologia evidentă de la naştere necesită un diagnostic corespunzător şi management terapeutic precoce prin menţinerea permeabilităţii canalului arterial.
