REZUMAT
Malformaţiile congenitale de cord cu circulaţie ducto-dependentă au o fi ziologie cardiovasculară complexă. După naştere, situaţia acestor copii este critică, iniţial sunt asimptomatici apoi rezistenţa vasculară pulmonară scade, ducând la degradarea hemodinamică progresivă. Identificarea cât mai precoce a acestor malformaţii şi iniţierea terapiei corespunzătoare permite menţinerea echilibrului cardio-vascular.
