ABSTRACT
We report two cases with congenital adrenal hyperplasia associated with precocious puberty. In both cases treatment with Triptorelin was necessary. In one case the intrauterine virilization was so severe that it determined the wrong sex assignation in the new born. Because vaginoplasty was not possible and respecting the wishes of the parents, the male sex was preserved.
Key words: congenital adrenal hyperplasia; precocious puberty
