Molecular and immunological aspects of dilated cardiomyopathy in pediatrics

ABSTRACT

This article tries briefly to describe some molecular and immunological particularities of dilated cardiomyopathy in children, without insisting too much on clinical aspects. The main purpose is to provide useful information on molecular diagnosis in this type of cardiomyopathy and to understand the molecular pathomechanism.

REZUMAT

Prezentul articol încearcă să descrie pe scurt anumite particularităţi moleculare şi imunologice ale cardiomiopatiei dilatative la copii, fără a insista prea mult asupra aspectelor pur clinice. Scopul principal este acela de a aduce noi informaţii în diagnosticul molecular al acestui tip de cardiomiopatie şi de a înţelege mecanismele de patologie moleculară.
