First childhood obesity is frequent; the more precocious the onset moment and the more excessive weight of the child, the less favorable the obesity prognosis. Adolescent obesity epidemic is a global issue. Overweight and obesity prevalence was particularly high in countries located in North America, Great Britain and southwestern Europe.
